We developed the triangular cell plate to provide a seal for inspection stations that is lighter, stronger and better insulated than existing solutions. We also have a concept that provides a complete water pressure inspection station. These are existing use cases but, if you have a specific requirement, we’d be happy to discuss how we can develop a product for your project.
We took our patented Triangular Cell Plate and created a package that includes everything you need to build an inspection station for housing water-pressure equipment.
This is intended for underground use and is suitable for clean drinking water or wastewater.
Rather than use a large cylindrical pipe to house a water pressure inspection station, we have developed a cube which has several benefits:
The construction of the Triangular Cell Plate in a cube shape delivers increased strength, durability and product lifetime.
The cube design offers increased internal space (no rounded corners) giving workers easier access and more space to carry out their inspection.

This can be installed vertically or horizontally, where the end-plate can act as a support or stand for the station. The sealed rim on the base/end-cap traps air and provides insulation.
Within a pipe inspection station, sheets of Triangular Cell Plate can provide a shelf for supporting equipment, while also providing a walkway for workers. Sheets are available in two sizes:
1.8m wide by 6m long
2.5m wide by 6m long (being developed)
The panels can be hand-welded together to form longer platforms (the photo shows a platform 15m long).
For inspection station or water tanks. Food-grade PE 100 is suitable for a wide variety of water storage solutions.
When the Triangular Cell Plate is plastic welded to the pipe, it creates a waterproof tank which is ideal for storing and processing liquids, for example, electrolysis pools, groundwater tanks and wastewater tanks.
